• 4 oz Semi-sweet chocolate
• 6 tbsp Sugar
• 8 oz White chocolate or chocolate chips

• 24 Oreo cookies

• 4 oz Butter
• 1/2 cup Heavy cream
• 2 cups Milk

• 3 pack Gelatin, unflavored

• 6 tbsp Water

• 4 cups (1 litre) heavy whipping cream

• 8 oz (250 grams) dark (70 % cocoa) chocolate or chocolate chips
